Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use StreamLink.
• If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian agrees to these terms on your behalf.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• Do not share your account with others. Each account is for one person.
• You are responsible for everything you broadcast and every chat message sent through your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use StreamLink to:

• Broadcast content you do not have the right to share (copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual-property infringement).
• Broadcast sexually explicit content, content sexualizing minors, or any content prohibited by the App Store guidelines.
• Harass, threaten, dox, or impersonate anyone.
• Distribute malware, run phishing campaigns, or attempt to obtain credentials.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to breach the service's security.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, headless browsers) to access the service except through documented APIs.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the service.

4. Content you broadcast

• You retain ownership of everything you broadcast and chat.
• You grant StreamLink a limited, non-exclusive licence to transport your content to your viewers in real time. That licence ends when your broadcast ends.
• We do not record your broadcasts.

5. Suspension and termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or put other users at risk.
• We will, where possible, give you notice and a chance to respond. We may act immediately when the violation is severe (e.g. child sexual abuse material, credible threats of violence, active fraud).
• You may close your account at any time — see the Privacy Policy section 7.

6. Service availability

• StreamLink is provided "as is" and "as available."
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to take the service offline for maintenance.
• We do not guarantee the absence of bugs. Real-time streaming depends on network conditions outside our control.

7. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StreamLink disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StreamLink and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the past twelve months or (b) USD 50.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold StreamLink harmless from any claim, demand, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your use of the service, (b) content you broadcast or send through chat, or (c) your violation of these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms over time. If we change them materially, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms. If you do not accept the new terms, stop using the service and request account deletion.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively before the courts located in Riyadh.
